Dunn Dirty Ranch Hay Depot Return Policy
For refunds and exchanges

1. Hay must be brought back to the ranch in its original condition within 10 days of purchase.

2. Do not overbuy.

For credit for an entire bale 75% or more of the bale must be returned and tied back together.

3. Flakes, pads, parts of a bale or Broken open bales thrown loose in a truck bed are not accepted for return.

4. We cannot give credit based on photos. We have to have the hay back, we do not get a credit without it.

5. We will not accept partial hay bales that have been opened to see if your horse

would like it.

6. Hay that is stored outside in a lean-to, under tarps, uncovered or sitting on the ground cannot be returned.

7. Hay that has gotten wet, even if it was already a “bad” cannot be returned.

8. We apologize if any of this comes off as being inconvenient. Over the years too many bad apples ruined the honor system to get free hay. Unfortunately our supplier could no longer take the loss and had to implement this return policy. Thank you for your understanding.
