Memorial Day Weekend shenanigans!! 11 loads from Bellevue, through Omaha, across the worthless stress imbued Hwy 92, and over to Brainard. 1,863 miles over all 3 days, 0630 til 0200 each day thanks to the lifted regs on hay hauling! Now to get home and SLEEP! Going forward, all hay loads that have to be transported through the Omaha vicinity will be charged 10x the normal rate 🤣🤣!

Talk about timing… made it after the big bunch left so didn’t even have to wait! Thank you Kevin, Valerie, Sandy, and Camrie for helping donate for the fuel! We’re unloading south of Gothenburg about a mile from the north edge of the Cottonwood fire line. Ranchers are just now starting to move hay into their lots without fear of losing it to a hot spot.

There are numerous loads of hay waiting to go out west. Please get ahold of me if you’d like to help donate towards fuel to get these families out west the help they need. Truck is loading Monday for the first trip, if we can get the help to cover expenses we’re gonna run until we run out of funding to keep the truck going! 24/25 stalk season is finally over. Now to spend some much needed time cleaning, fixing, and caring for the poor girl before the next job.
