Pet(s) of the Month: Coral & Tony
Meet this month's dynamic reptile duo: Coral and Anatole ("Tony")!
At just one year old, Coral is already making a name for herself. She's a Leachianus gecko, the largest non-extinct gecko species in the world, and could eventually grow to nearly 12 inches long and weigh close to a pound! Despite her impressive future size, Coral is incredibly friendly and has an adorable habit of curling up in her owner's pocket, proving that even giant geckos can be pocket-sized companions (at least for now!).
Her roommate, Tony, is a two-year-old Crested Gecko with enough personality to keep things interesting. When he's not showing off his impressive jumping skills, you'll usually find him hanging upside down in his enclosure like it's just another Tuesday. Whether he's climbing, hopping, or finding creative ways to defy gravity, Tony always seems to be on an adventure.
Together, Coral and Tony remind us that pets come in all shapes, sizes, and species, and sometimes the coolest companions are the ones with sticky toes!
