Our Customer Service Department is made up of Amy Tabucol, Anne Montean, Janell Hoernemann, Jennifer Patraw, Melissa Parenteau, Nichole Grob, Pamela Dubiel, Sarah Grages, and Liz Reissner!

On any given day, this team is busy supporting customers through phone calls, emails, and order management. They help answer questions, resolve shipment and return issues, assist with inventory concerns, and work closely with other departments to find the best solutions. With new challenges and opportunities every day, no two days are ever the same!

Their favorite part of the job is helping people and building lasting relationships with both customers and coworkers. Whether they're solving a problem, providing an update, or simply making someone's day a little easier, this team is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Yesterday, we came together for a fun afternoon filled with great food, and even better company, to celebrate an incredible milestone, our 60th anniversary!💚🥂

Since opening our doors in 1966, Herregan Distributors has grown from a single location into one of the nation's largest flooring distributors. We're incredibly grateful to our employees, customers, and partners who have been part of this journey. Thank you for helping make the past 60 years so memorable, we are extremely excited for what the future holds!

Solid hardwood or engineered hardwood? What’s the difference, and which one fits your space best? 🤔

Solid hardwood is crafted from a single piece of real wood, offering a timeless look that can be sanded and refinished 5–10 times for a 100+ year lifespan. It’s a great choice for upper levels and spaces with stable humidity, but it does need a little extra care in environments with moisture changes.
