The Michigan Transportation Connection sends wishes for a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of our clients and partners. Our offices (and scheduling phone lines) will be closing at Noon on December 24th, through Noon on December 26th , and again on December 31st at Noon through January 2, 2025 at Noon to allow our staff members time to enjoy the holidays. If you need to make arrangements for a non-emergency medical trip during the last week of December or the first week of January, it would be advisable to contact our scheduling team and set up the appointment prior to the holiday breaks. Also please understand that not all of our providers will be operating full transportation services during the holidays. Please check ahead to confirm your transportation needs.

The management and staff of MTC sends out wishes to all of our partners and clients for a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year. MTC offices will be closed on Monday, Dec. 26th and Monday, January 2nd in observance of the holidays. Please arrange any transportation needs by Friday, Dec. 23 and Friday, Dec. 30 for trips needed over the next two weeks.

MTC is pleased to announce that our service area has recently expanded to include areas of southern Michigan around Adrian in Lenawee County, additional counties in mid-Michigan along the US-127 corridor from just north of Lansing, and we expect to begin offering service to Mason County around the Ludington area in April. This is in addition to our ConnectUP service that covers all 15 counties of the Upper Peninsula and our existing services in 10 counties of the northern thumb region and into northeast lower Michigan. MTC ConnectUP offices will be closing at Noon on December 23 and Noon, December 30th so that our staff can enjoy some down time with their families over the holidays. Our staff will be on normal duty, scheduling transportation trips, Monday, Dec. 20 through the morning of Dec. 23rd and again Monday, Dec. 27 through the morning of Dec. 30th. Please be sure to arrange any transportation you need during these days/times, including any transportation you will need early in the first week of January. We wish all a very Merry Christmas and/or happy holidays for any celebrations you observe.
