Ask Marina Bradley what she does at NexGen, and the answer goes well beyond a job title.

In just two years, Marina has grown into a key part of our Operations & Charter Sales team, managing everything from charter quotes and client accounts to trip planning, hotel coordination, and the details in between. Her role has pushed her to learn quickly, adapt to every client, and become someone who can step in wherever she’s needed.

If there’s one thing Marina has learned, it’s that the details matter. Whether it’s getting the numbers right in a quote or remembering a client’s preferences, she brings the same level of attention to every part of the experience.

After making a career change from Sports and Exercise Physiology into aviation, Marina has found a career she’s genuinely passionate about. As part of a family business, she’s not just invested in her own growth, but in the future of NexGen and the opportunity to help take it further.

Two years in, Marina has already built a strong foundation. And she’s only getting started.

Behind every well-executed flight is a team making decisions long before the aircraft reaches the runway. At NexGen, Jonathan Pratt plays a critical role in that process as our Chief Dispatcher.

From flight planning and routing to regulatory compliance and unexpected changes, Jonathan helps keep our missions moving with precision. When circumstances shift, his experience and attention to detail help ensure the right information is evaluated and the right decisions are made.

Nearly seven years into his time at NexGen, Jonathan is the second longest-serving member of our team, behind only our founders. He has been here long enough to see the company grow and has played an important role in helping shape the operation we have today.

What stands out is how invested he remains in where NexGen is going. Every new aircraft, capability, and milestone represents another step in something he has helped build.

This week, we’re introducing you to Mark Rottmann, one of our Hawker 900XP pilots.

After a year with NexGen, when we asked Mark what has stood out most, his answer wasn’t the aircraft. It was the people. He describes the team as professional, friendly, and down to earth, people he trusts and knows he can count on. That camaraderie makes a demanding job feel even more rewarding.

That same mindset carries into the way Mark flies. Safety comes first, always. Before every trip, he reviews NOTAMs, checks the weather, confirms the aircraft is airworthy, and makes sure every detail is covered. Once passengers are onboard, that attention extends to their experience, keeping every flight safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

And when he’s not in the cockpit, you’ll likely find Mark out on the Bay fishing or crabbing.

Behind every flight is a person who makes a difference. We’re grateful Mark is one of ours.
