Dear Solway Farms Community,
With a heavy heart, we share the news that we are likely moving toward permanently closing the business as it is now. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and we’ve waited to share until we had more clarity. While there are still many unknowns, we wanted to be honest with you all as we navigate this transition.
Donald started a new public job last week, and I plan to do the same at the beginning of January. While it is uncertain if we will be part of the January HCFM Winter Series in 2025, we will continue to stock Hinton's Orchard Farm Market and Harlow the Juice Bar in Elizabethtown with fresh produce as long as we can.
To those of you who have supported us, please know how much it has meant to us. Your loyalty, encouragement, and love for what we’ve grown have been the foundation of Solway Farms. We are so deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us to nourish your families and for the friendships that have grown along the way.
This farm has been more than a business; it’s been a part of our hearts, and it’s all of you who have made it so special. Thank you for being on this journey with us.
