As I sat here reflecting and trying to prepare this post with some clever words I became so overwhelmed with feelings.
We all remember exactly where we were when we heard the news and the hours, days, and weeks that came after.
Take a moment today to remember and pray,
for all those who lost their lives, or lost their loved ones. For the ones who survived, the ones who served during those days and the soldiers that are still serving because of it today.
God Bless from all of us at MFC.com

With summer coming to a close, maybe you are looking for something your family can do to for others. Here are some ideas!
Some are large and may take some help, others are simple but can bring some joy to a soldier or a vet.

Just thanking a veteran can go a long way, but an act of kindness means even more.

We shared a post a while back about our local Wisconsin Army National Guard soldiers from the Red Arrow Infantry Brigade being prepared to head to Afghanistan. Well, yesterday the 400 troops were given a send-off, they will travel to TX and deploy from there this fall.

We would like for everyone to join as us we pray for these men and women as they go to serve as they have been called to do.

They will part of a security force brigade overseas, providing advisers to the Afghan Army, a crucial part in eventually getting the United States military out of Afghanistan.🇺🇸

Thousands of friends and family sent about 400 Wisconsin Army National Guard soldiers from the Red Arrow Infantry Brigade on its way to Afghanistan.

Our Story

Military Flag Case was inspired from Ron’s time in the service, where he served in the Air Force and Department of Defense. Ron built his first flag case when Jessie, an employee of Ron’s, died of cancer.

The majority of the flag cases that were made after were presented to retirees when General Billy Mitchell International Airport Air Reserve Station was closing. General Billy Mitchell Air Reserve Station was ordered to close under Base Realignment And Closer (BRAC)

Ron started making furniture and crafts at home in the basement as a hobby. Shelly, Ron’s wife and Misty his daughter did all the painting and decorating of the crafts. Misty met Matt during this time and they were married a short time later. To our delight, we discovered that Matt was a cabinetmaker by trade.
