Already sent. DOGE wants to find low hanging fruit and the GHC is definitely one.

Dear American Tax Payers,
I am writing to present a proven solution to the ongoing challenges faced by the Department of Defense (DoD) in its household goods moving contract. My business plan, currently successful in the private sector, can be implemented immediately to address these issues.
I presented this response to the GHC RFP issued by the DOD back in 2019, and I was immediately rejected because I did not partner with a current “government contractor” nor did I gladhand the “proper” people involved in the process. Instead, I presented this plan that has already worked in the private sector.
The company who won this $20B has failed miserably and already wasted hundreds of millions of dollars.
Recent articles have detailed the performance concerns and inefficiencies in the current contract:

• "Military Families Struggle with Flawed Moving System"

My proposal offers a comprehensive strategy to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality for military personnel. I have attached a copy of my original RFP response for your review.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how this solution can be swiftly implemented to benefit the DoD and our service members.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Jerad K Lovett
