Suzuki was having cooling issues , replaced water pump/ thermostats/ all anodes. Ended up replacing fuel filters, spark plugs, water fuel separator. So no other problems would stop him from being on the water this summer

Been an super busy last month . Yamaha f115 running roughy replacement all fuel filters , flow tested and cleaned injectors. Next was upgrade steering in an 95 gambler with hydraulic steering . Then last was 300hr service along with new steering cable on an zuk 90 .

Customer had major problems with his optimax, replaced locked up alternator, air compressor. Inspected fuel rails found small amount of metal fragments in fuel rail. Cleaned and reinstalled. Tested fuel pumps and found pin holes in fuel diaphragm replaced . Then jackplate wasn’t working found pump motor was seized added new pump assembly. Boats ready for the water now

Mud motor was having trouble starting . Found a loose ground wire going to the fuel pump and causing the fuse to burn out . Ram for an hr up and down the river. Passed the test

Customer had sent his boat to other shops and they never fixed his mercury optimax, noticed it had a fuel and cooling issue, found thermostats seized and impeller was worn in lower unit . Electric fuel pump was bad . Replaced with oem parts, boat runs amazing now

Busy day in POC. Pulled and replaced Yamaha sho lower unit, trim ram seals where leaking replaced with new, power pole blade 8 motherboard board was bad also replaced with new.
Next boat was replace cracked in-line grass strainer for live well fill pump.
