We specialize in hand-dyed yarns and hand-dyed silk goods. Our hand-dyed yarn comes in a variety of bases such as wool, alpaca, silk, cashmere, and more. Our hand-dyed silk items include silk scarves/wild rags, silk pillowcases, silk scrunchies, and more. In addition to our hand-dyed goods, we also offer needles, notions, locally handmade project bags, wool wash, gift items, and more. A few of the

This is our exclusive colorway for the ICT Yarn Crawl, coming up THIS weekend (Saturday & Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM). This colorway is only available in person at Amy K Designs and is first come, first serve! This will be my last event before I go on maternity leave, so be sure to come out and see us! -Bekah

Here is a long (so sorry!) video talking about our upcoming yarn crawl at Amy K Designs as well as what to expect from us as far as ordering, shipping, etc. as I prepare for maternity leave. If you don’t want to watch, here are the high points:

Yarn Crawl:

Saturday & Sunday (March 15 & 16) 10-4
Go to Amy’s page to see details about the other participating shops and giveaways! I’ll have a little bit of everything with me and I’d love to see some of my customers!

Maternity Leave:
- I’ll be winding things down in the studio over the next several weeks.
- I will be updating my website listings to show “In Stock/Ready to Ship” as a dropdown item for items that will continue to ship normally while I’m on maternity leave.
- If an item does NOT say “In Stock/Ready to Ship” then it is dyed to order and I do not have an estimated shipping date for those items. You will still be able to place the order, but at this time I do not know when those items will ship. ONLY ORDER THESE ITEMS IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH NOT KNOWING AN ESTIMATED SHIP DATE. We will play it by ear and update you once we have adjusted to our “new normal” of life with a newborn and I have a better idea of when I’ll be able to get back into the studio for dye work.
