This is a mating I have been extremly excited about ever since we learned about MR H Polled Elmo Casanova 55/9 (P). To my knowledge, he has not been used on any other Registered Black Brahman cattle, making this pairing a true and complete outcross to the Black Brahmans being bred today.

-What makes this outcross especially exciting is that no quality is sacrificed—in fact, quality is enhanced. This mating blends genetic diversity with elite breed‑leading performance and phenotype.
On the sire side, MR H Polled Elmo Casanova 55/9 (P) offers an incredibly strong pedigree from top to bottom. His dam, LMC Polled Passion 55/4 (P), is one of the most influential cows in the breed, and he is sired by MR. V8 279/7 (P), widely regarded as one of the greatest polled bulls of all time. This combination brings proven maternal excellence, structural integrity, and performance consistency.

-The dam, Butler Polled Boo 259, needs no introduction. She is sired by Butler Polled Texhoma 30/5 (P), recognized as one of the very best bulls in the breed. A handful of our embryo calves were feeling photogenic this morning. Most of these calves are expected to turn black, and all are polled. Coming up on three weeks old and showing a lot of promise already.

We sold some of our bred recip cows last year and this heifer came out of the Polled Smoke x Ms. Diamond D Manso 1216 (P) mating. She placed third in Houston! We have plenty of emrbyos on this mating in the tank. Hollar at us if we can help you.
