✈️ A true aviation legend touched down in El Reno!

The Flabob Express, a beautifully restored DC-3, stopped at the El Reno Regional Airport for fuel and an overnight stay while making its way to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. It’s not every day you get to see one of the most iconic aircraft in aviation history parked on our ramp.

With the overnight influx of the new snow arrival. We have extended the Runway Closures of 17/35, 18/36 and taxiway's while the crews work to remove the snow and the snow drifts from the runways and taxiways. The NOTAM was extended until 12-26-2026 @ 1700 hours.
