Breakdown & Fleet Support Coordinator (In-House Fleet Operations)

Location: East Dundee, IL
Full-Time

We are seeking a hands-on Breakdown & Fleet Support Coordinator to keep our truck fleet running with minimal downtime. This role manages roadside breakdowns, coordinates repairs, and supports drivers to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ breakdown handling
✔ repair coordination
✔ preventive maintenance scheduling
✔ vendor management
✔ driver support
✔ DOT compliance & documentation
✔ cost control & uptime tracking

Requirements

2+ years fleet maintenance, diesel repair, or breakdown coordination

Knowledge of Class 8 trucks and trailers

Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills

Organized, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
