Seeking a seasoned Intermodal Transportation Dispatcher with minimum 1-3 years of experience in intermodal trucking industry.This is a fast paced, detail oriented position. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, can work autonomously as well as collaborate in a team environment, and is dedicated to deliverables and has a strong internal will to succeed. The positions will perform the following responsibilities:• Dispatch owner operators daily• Hold drivers accountable for completing daily tasks efficiently• Manage delivery window date by controlling shipping schedule and adapting to changes• Manage system data for trucking operations• Create and update reports as needed• Correspond with customers and drivers via phone and emailRequirements:• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in intermodal trucking dispatching or similar experiences and communicating with drivers• Knowledgeable of DOT and hours of service rules• Good written and verbal skills• Excellent organization skills with ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details and processes• Ability to be flexible in planning workload and setting priorities• Proficient computer skills.
