Coordinates and ensures on-time, effective open lines of communications with regards to the successful delivery of the customers freight by overseeing and tracking the activities of all assigned carriers. Maintains ongoing communication with drivers and carriers, clients and team members to ensure timely completion of scheduled deliveries.
