My doll never came, can I receive another doll?:

Once shipped Children Of Boggy Hollow dolls become the responsibility of the shipping company. We will not offer refunds for lost dolls or other creations but are willing to help contact the shipping company to help find the doll. In certain cases we may consider remaking the product. (Case by Case basis). We do attempt to rectify all shipping issues - if a product is broken we can gladly remake a product if the supplies are available. Can I receive a complete refund if I'm not happy with my doll?:
We do not offer refunds on our dolls but we do offer an equal value exchange for another doll of your liking.

Wow one of those non-existent fires is burning through not horribly far from where I am yeah it's an hour away but it's going right through where my friends live and this is going to f*** a lot of s*** up so they just didn't evacuation people are bringing in their animals to shelters chickens horses dogs you name it here we go every year I cannot stand it

Hey I'm going to post this right here right now so I'm about to be posted up as a scammer because a doll isn't getting to the person's house on time we have wildfires she says we don't we have issues going on as always with the post office from my area anybody that bought dolls from me knows I always have postal issues however I will be refunding her the doll is already on its way and she will be getting the doll for free so before my name gets thrown around that's the end of story.... I was at family's house out of range I had no single for a minute I'm home today I'm home so I'm taking care of this right now before this goes any further I knew this was yeah anyway so if you see my name and scammer groups hey hi
