My doll never came, can I receive another doll?:

Once shipped Children Of Boggy Hollow dolls become the responsibility of the shipping company. We will not offer refunds for lost dolls or other creations but are willing to help contact the shipping company to help find the doll. In certain cases we may consider remaking the product. (Case by Case basis). We do attempt to rectify all shipping issues - if a product is broken we can gladly remake a product if the supplies are available. Can I receive a complete refund if I'm not happy with my doll?:
We do not offer refunds on our dolls but we do offer an equal value exchange for another doll of your liking.
