What is Coastal Concord Logistics?—CCL is a Delivery Service Provider for Amazon.
What is the schedule for a delivery driver?—All of our drivers start between 10-10:45AM, and work 10 hours per day. The amount of days worked in the week may vary. We will work with your schedule restrictions upon approval in the hiring process, and you will receive your schedule upon completion of training.
Do you hire for full-time positions?—We start drivers at part-time (2, 3 days a week), and move into full-time (4 days a week) after exhibiting excellent performance. There will be opportunities to pick up extra shifts in our peak and prime seasons.
How much do you pay?—$24.25 an hour, plus weekly bonuses based on performance!
Do you offer benefits?— Yes, we offer medical, dental, vision, 401k planning, locating affordable childcare, free work shoes, and tuition assistance benefits.
Are there opportunities for growth?—Yes! We regularly promote from within. There are Lead Driver, Dispatcher, and Management opportunities.
Do I need to have experience to become a driver?—No, this is an entry level position.
However, you need to be at least 21-years-old, be willing to take a pre-employment drug test, possess a good driving record, and have a valid physical driver’s license in order to onboard. Temporary licenses will not be sufficient.
How long does the onboarding process take?—This will depend on the return of your background check. Some candidates are approved in less than a day, others may take up to 2 weeks. You will be notified as soon as your background check has cleared.
Do you provide training?—Yes, all drivers attend a 2- day paid training program with Amazon. You must pass the requirements in training to become an official member of our team.
Where are you located?—We operate out of the Elk Grove Amazon station.
