Renegade is looking for a full time driveline tech.
Monday-Friday, no weekends unless the work is there and you want to work. Overtime available spring-fall.
Must have a general automotive understanding, some machining experience (is preferred), a good work ethic, positive attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job duties: building, repairing, manufacturing, sometimes removing and installing driveshafts. Position does require tech to interact and communicate with customers.

Hourly wage based on experience.
Paid vacation and holidays.

Today: SHELDON!

Sheldon IS Renegade Diesel!
He started this shop from the ground up, and boy are we all ever lucky he did😉

*Quick history*
He started Renegade when he was in high school, and while he was in college it grew quickly by word of mouth (and he dropped out of college). He worked hard-24/7 (many nights he’d either not sleep or sleep at the shop on a creeper or old truck seat), learned a lot the hard way, and then in January of this year Renegade Diesel purchased JR Advanced Driveline and became Renegade Diesel and Driveline. 😊

This picture represents Sheldon PERFECTLY! He’s always on the go, and ALWAYS on the phone.
If he’s not talking on the phone, he’s talking to customers here, the guys, or himself. 🤣

Sheldon is phenomenal with customers, people in general, and in the shop on both sides.
He’s intelligent, kind, genuine, brilliant at what he does and knows, and keeps everything flowing in the entire building/business.

No job is too small or too big for Sheldon, and he is always offering to help with whatever he can!
WE ARE ALL SO THANKFUL to be a part of YOUR Renegade family Sheldon D'Huyvetter!!!!

Today: Justin!
Welding / fabricating

Justin has been with Renegade for quite a while now! He’s our part time master welder, if you ask him, he’s the only real welder in the shop 😉. Justin is a pretty private dude and he doesn’t do social media. He wouldn’t let me take a picture without a fight so I told him I’d just use this photo 😂. He is a very talented welder, gets a lot done, and is secretly sweet and funny! We are super thankful to have Justin in our Renegade family! (Even if he’s ALWAYS giving everyone a hard time...🙄😂)

Today: SIENNA!
(The office)

Sienna joined us a couple months ago to help manage all the phone calls and customers in the office! She’s fun, friendly, hilarious, occasionally a little sassy and does not let the guys get away with anything 😂. She dishes it and she takes it like a champ. Our customers absolutely love her! We’ve had some either hang around a bit longer or come back just to hang out with her for a bit - no joke 😂.
She keeps Renegade rollin! If you’ve been in or called in the last few months, you’ve definitely talked to Sienna😊. We are super thankful to have Sienna Chumas in our Renegade family!!

(Diesel and driveline!)

Aaron is the newest addition to our Renegade family and he’s been working in both diesel and driveline! While he is still quite new to the fam he has that farm boy work ethic (like our boss man Sheldon) making him a great fit! We have the absolute best team so we only let the best join in. He takes the initiative to learn and to get things done and spends as much time as needed to get the job done! We are so thankful to have Aaron in our renegade family!!

Today: DEREK!
(Diesel)

Derek has been with us the longest (and took the longest to open up 😉). Derek is quiet, patient, minds his own business, and works HARD. Once he opens up he’s actually hilarious.. and *almost talkative. He prefers the south where it’s warm (but we’re never letting him leave us [insert clingy girlfriend face here]😂) so we’re hoping he’ll just adapt to tolerating the cold winters here. He’ll toss em back with Wes but prefers tequila. Derek specializes in diesel so there’s a good chance if your trucks been in within the last couple-ish years Dereks worked on it! We are so incredibly thankful to have Derek Cervantes in our Renegade family!
