HIRING TEAM DRIVERS
**$4,000 Sign-on Bonus per full time driver**

GROSS ANNUAL INCOME AROUND $ 95,000 per driver

*Team drivers run weekly dedicated lanes from our yard in Roan Mountain, TN to California and back to our yard. Average length of trip is 4-5 days and around 5,200 miles per week. 2 days home per week!

About Us:
We are a third generation family owned and operated trucking company located in East TN in Roan Mountain. We operate around 13 trucks and 30 re**er trailers. We have our own maintenance garage consisting of three full time mechanics. We take pride in maintaining our equipment at the highest level, as well as having drivers who keep their assigned unit in the best condition possible. All of our team trucks are 2025 or newer automatic Freightliner Cascadia's. The largest majority of our drivers have been with us for 10-12 years with some being with us 30+ years, and we are now looking to add new members to our team/family.
