Central Community Scholarship Foundation

Central Community Scholarship Foundation CCSF provides scholarships to students graduating from the Central Community School District. The goals of Central Community Scholarship Foundation are:

1.

The purpose of Central Community Scholarship Foundation is to raise funds to assist the graduates of Central Community High School, Elkader IA in paying the rising cost of continuing education. An all-volunteer Board of Trustees works to develop an operational process, promote the program, raise funds for scholarship distribution, and award the scholarships on a fair, equitable and nondiscriminato

ry basis to deserving students. Award every Central high school graduating senior who applies at least a minimum scholarship.

2. Increase the endowment fund every year to provide extra funds for scholarships.

3. Maintain and increase the named scholarships awarded each year.

FreedomBank post:

Our Elkader team was proud to present $1,000 to the Central Community Scholarship Foundation to fund the FreedomBank Scholarship for 2026.

The Foundation selects the FreedomBank Scholarship recipient based on criteria that includes top math scores and plans to major in business, finance, or agriculture at a four-year college, university, or community college.

Supporting higher education is one of the ways FreedomBank continues to invest in and empower future success in our communities.
