Made a new more modern dash for a 90's Key West using a piece of Dolphin gray Starboard. Used the old dash as a router template which made for easy work.

Now the dash is ready to be reinstalled and wired up to the outboard to use the Garmin MFD as a gauge display.

Another successful radar repair! A customer contacted us stating that his radar has not worked since they purchased the boat. Inspected the wiring and found some questionable connections, one of which was causing the radar to not have power.

Terminated the connections using weather tight connectors and updated the software on the display and other devices and everything is now working!

Have a radar or multi function display that isn't working? Let me make an attempt to fix it before buying new!

This Garmin open array had corrosion on a circuit which led to a failure on the motor board. A little bit of soldering and resealing the housing and it's good as new!

Since I'm an electrical engineer, I have lots of experience repairing electronics. So even if it's not marine related I might be able to help.

We offer design and 3D printing services for custom radio panels, speaker adapters, prototype parts and even reverse engineering to repair items you may want fixed.

For items that go outside, we use PETG which is extremely UV stable and strong. (For example the boat radio adapter plate or speaker adapter shown below).

A little before and after of a dash upgrade that was done on a Carolina Classic 25.

The 30 year old factory gauges were inaccurate, had sun cracks and were dated looking.

Updated the dash with a custom cut piece of Starboard in dolphin gray, installed new voltmeters (one for house battery and one for engine), new fuel gauges and installed a Garmin GPSmap that's fully integrated into the Volvo Penta engine computer using a J1939 to NMEA 2000 network adapter.
