Number 9 Hay Number 9 Hay is a family owned and operated hay sales and export company based in Ellensburg, Washington.

Number 9 Hay has been in the business of purchasing locally grown forage products here in the Pacific Northwest for 25 years. The main crops we buy and sell are Alfalfa and Timothy hay. We also purchase Orchard Grass hay, Blue Grass straw, Oat hay, Sudan Grass hay and other forage products. Our main business is to take these locally produced bales of hay and repackage them into a double compressed

higher density bale. This repackaging helps lower shipping costs to our customers by increasing the volume we can fit into a container. Number 9 Hay is mainly an export company serving customers in many different locations throughout Asia and the Middle East with feed for Dairy/Beef cows, Horses, and other domestic animals that need the highest quality forage and fiber product. Number 9 Hay can also provide these same products to our local customers as well.
