In dealing with the aftermath of a thief over the 4th of July weekend, we want our tenants to know we are doing everything in our power to ensure the safety of the vehicles stored at our facility. In the 15 years we have been in business, this type of incident has never happened.

As we recently upgraded our security system, we were able to catch the thief in action adding to the charges against him.

We value our customers and appreciate your business and are continuing the process of further upgrading our security at the facility.

We have contacted all the victims affected by this crime so if you are a tenant and have not been contacted, you were not affected by this crime. We would also like to thank law enforcement for their quick response to our manager’s 911 call leading to the arrest of the thief and the recovery of stolen property.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this unfortunate circumstance.
