We Now offer shipping of Live Birds. Info on Shipping. We will insure all packages, it is the receivers job to provide the evidence for us to file the claim to receive a refund. If an animal arrives Dead, Photographs are needed and the Animal is to be place in a bag and put in the freezer, its the only way to get the insurance to work
