Good morning Lorain County!
The roof over the GA Hangar is DONE!! Video to follow in the next week!
Today’s video features a Crop Duster in action above my family’s ranch. I think they get a bad reputation from many out there simply because they aren’t sure what they are actually doing. No they are not purposely scaring your livestock, pets, ect…Those guys and gals are a crucial part of the agricultural community. They are either spraying pesticides, or spreading seeds. When they fly they fly very low to the ground as they have to be Meir feet off the ground to do their job properly. These are GREATLY SKILLED PILOTS!

Good Morning Lorain County!
Over the next days and possibly WEEKS! We will release segments from the AMAZING DISCOVER AVIATION AIRPLANE & CAR SHOW OF 2026, for those of you who were unable to attend,later this week we will release a video with much of the Aircraft activity and ground displays all in one continuous video for you. Starting tomorrow Monday, Clips will begin to be released here on the MRK FACEBOOK PAGE of the Amazing Discover Aviation Airplane & Car show. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the clips will get larger each day until the end of the week, when we will release a video for all those who were unable to make the event. Until then have a wonderful safe day!!

Some important information regarding Saturday's show!

🔸 Show hours are 8am-4pm Saturday, July 11

🔸 General parking will utilize west entrance (approx 1/2 mile west of 'normal' airport entrance)
🔸 Car show participants, volunteer and handicap parking will utilize east entrance (car show participants / volunteer parking LEFT lane, handicap parking RIGHT lane)
🔸 Traffic from all lots will utilize same exit

🔹 The $10 per car admission will be collected at both entrances

🔹 There will be designated walkways leading from general parking to show center, for ease of access

🔹 Handicap parking will feature a shuttle running from the handicap lot to near show center

Our team has implemented measures to assist with traffic this year including multiple entrances and professional parking attendants. There will also be signage designating the multiple entrances.

Get ready for a great day at the airport... a lot planned and we are super excited! Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs!
