The 2026 plane Pull for Special Olympics Colorado was held Saturday at The UA hanger at Denver International Airport. The DAC team raised over $4000 for Special Olympics athletes and pulled that 737 twelve feet in 8.335 seconds. Thank you to our team members and their families for joining in the fun for a great cause.

We had a great weekend in Muskegon at the Wings Over Muskegon Airshow. Having the opportunity to offer so many kids their first flight on an airplane was priceless.

✈️Traveling through Denver International Airport? Plan Ahead! ✈️

Beginning August 3rd, the Level 6 South Bridge inside the terminal will be temporarily closed for construction for approximately three months.

Be sure to arrive on the EAST side of the terminal for DAC's Ticket Counter. The ticket counter and baggage claim are on Level 5, and you may still cross the terminal on this level.

Please allow a little extra time when arriving at the airport, and thank you for your patience while these improvements are underway. Safe travels! ✈️

Our team in Muskegon, in partnership with Muskegon County Airport, recently completed Hidden Disabilities Sunflower training, making MKG the first Denver Air Connection station to participate in the program. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program helps support travelers with non-visible disabilities or conditions by providing a simple, globally recognized symbol that discreetly indicates they may need additional assistance, patience, or understanding. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a more accessible, inclusive, and welcoming travel experience for every passenger.

The U.S. Department of Transportation has awarded Denver Air Connection a new Essential Air Service contract to serve Alamosa through June 30, 2028.

In selecting DAC, the Department stated that “the record reflects a clear and overwhelming preference from the community of Alamosa for the reselection of DAC, as well as a strong history of consistently reliable air service by DAC at Alamosa.”
Denver Air Connection would like to thank the airport and community leaders for their trust in the airline to continue providing air service to the region. DAC remains committed to delivering safe, reliable connectivity between the San Luis Valley region and Denver International Airport.
