To all current and future clients, please take a moment to review the booking rules listed on all flyers and service notices.

Important Service Terms:
• First-come, first-served scheduling
• One driver / one vehicle operation
• Rides are not always guaranteed
• Schedule changes may occur due to availability
• Pickup and drop-off information is required

I work hard to provide dependable transportation and always do my best to accommodate scheduled riders. However, as clearly stated in all service materials, I am a one-vehicle operation and also maintain a full-time primary job.

If an issue arises, I will always work to make it right through a refund or a complimentary future ride when appropriate.

What I ask in return is simple: please read the booking terms and communicate respectfully.

As clearly stated on the flyer and service agreement:

• This is a first-come, first-served service
• I operate one vehicle
• Rides are not always guaranteed
• Pickup and drop-off information is required

I do my absolute best to provide reliable transportation and accommodate everyone’s needs. Please keep in mind that I also work a full-time primary job, and there may be occasions where schedules unexpectedly shift.

In situations where issues arise, I do offer refunds or a complimentary future ride when appropriate.

What I ask in return is respect, patience, and understanding. Communication goes both ways, and I appreciate everyone who continues to support a local one-man transportation service.

All rides are scheduled based on availability.
Please call or text to check availability and schedule your ride.

When messaging, please include:
• Pickup location
• Destination
• Requested pickup time

This helps me confirm availability and get you on the schedule quickly.

⚠️ Long-distance trips (Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Buffalo, etc.) must be scheduled in advance and require a deposit to reserve the trip.
