It's so fascinating to me that the bees are so methodical about collecting honey that they'll meticulously group their honeys together for us 🤣

These local San Diego varietals are nifty because they can literally come from the same colonies on the same farm. We can distinguish the difference because they literally look. Really neat to see the spectrum, the lighter honeys will be more floral and then the polar opposite. You get the avocado which commands are more robust earthiness, almost like molasses.

One of these days I'll actually post ahead of time, but today and every Thursday you can find us at , .apothecary is also in lemon Grove every other Thursday, tomorrow we'll be at Rancho Penasquitos and also all weekend for anyone who wants to go see Betty Crocker's old house 🤣

Hahaha behind on posting but we had a great time today at the Mira Mesa Steet Fair! And we were out at Free Succulent Saturday today too, which happens every first Saturday of the month!

We’ve got the real deal honey — plus herb-infused varieties made with actual plants, not perfumes. And absolutely NO high fructose corn syrup.
👀 Yep, it's 100% legal for big producers to mix that junk in to “make it shelf stable.” Gross, right?

And don’t even get me started on how commercial beekeepers take all the bees’ honey… then feed them high fructose corn syrup as a “supplement.”
You stole their food and gave them 💩. Make it make sense.
