Urgent Clarification: Misidentified Reviews for "Miss Steph"
To Whom It May Concern,
It has been brought to our attention that several negative reviews have surfaced containing the name "Steph." We want to state unequivocally that these reviews are not about us.
We work incredibly hard to keep our people happy and pride ourselves on maintaining a flawless record with zero negative comments on our official site. Upon checking these external reviews closely, it is entirely clear that they involve a completely different party and have mistakenly been associated with "Miss Steph" due to a similarity in names.
We take our reputation and our relationship with our customers very seriously. If any of our actual patrons ever have a genuine grievance, we want to know about it. We ask that you bring it directly to our attention by calling us immediately so we can look into it and straighten it out.
