With the low water levels there have been boats running aground on sand bars and such with good Samaritans pulling or attempting to pull the boats off.
It can be a very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. I've seen the pulling boat roll over, ropes breaking and severely injuring people and parts of boats breaking.
