Not a lot of “firsts” happen in my life anymore but this is one of them. Hauling the heavy heifers home, in shorts, with crutches and a boot on and it being sunny and 70 out.

Omaha, Lincoln area friends. I will be in the area on Monday October 30th. If you are needing some amazing beef let me know and I’ll bring it along.

If you are looking for a variety of beef but don’t have the freezer space, my 1/8 package is perfect, and it’s on SALE! 45lbs of beef for only $350. I have more beef coming in and need to empty some freezers! That’s only $7.78 a lb for prime steaks!!!

Need to have the order in by Sunday October 29th.

-Roasts 3-5 lbs (chuck, arm, English)
-Steaks cut to 1 thick
-T-bones, ribeyes, sirloins, filets
-80/20 Hamburger in 1lb packages

Lazy Creek Beef Company LLC has the most amazingly marbled, 2 full beef for sale. It is USDA inspected, grass fed long time corn finished and No added hormones. You choose how it is cut and wrapped. We are a family operation where this amazing beef is born and finished right here on the ranch. We also produce all our own feed. All the hay, silage and corn are also grown right here. It doesn’t get anymore pasture to plate than this melt in your mouth beef.

We also have smaller packages available for delivery the end of this week. Most popular package is our 1/8 beef which is $425 and includes all the goodies. Steaks, roasts, hamburger, hamburger patties, cubes steak, and stew meats. Can be customized.

I promise you won’t be disappointed.

USDA Ranch raised Freezer beef available! Packages starting at $270 and you get an assortment of steaks, roasts, hamburger and a handful of other cuts. This is great for someone that wants farm raised beef but doesn’t have the freezer space for a 1/4. Our amazing corn finished, red angus beef is born and finished right here on the ranch and west of Eustis. It is dry aged 14 days and I promise you won’t find more tender, flavorful beef anywhere.

Lazy Creek Beef Company LLC has opening for beef going in the end of this week, and would be ready for pickup or delivery the week of September 19. This is family farm raised in Eustis NE. I sell by the hanging weight and I cover prosessing. I can sell 1/4 to a whole beef. I also have smaller packages ready to go that start at $260.
