Today, while VIP pups Remy and Pixel spent some time waiting for their flight, their mom mentioned they could use a little extra social time. Enter Lauren, rockstar CSR and one of our many puppy-welcoming pros. She made sure these two immediately felt relaxed, loved, and right at home while they waited.

Garmin’s Emergency Autoland just proved why innovation matters. Following a serious in-flight emergency, a King Air B200 safely landed after Autoland activated exactly as designed—marking a major real-world milestone for this technology.

Most importantly, we are so thankful that the crew made it safely to the ground.

Outcomes like this highlight how advanced safety systems protect lives when it matters most and reinforce confidence in the future of flight.

That isn't something you see on the ramp everyday...because there is only one like it!

This is the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC)’s Chinook equipped with it's HISS system.

The Helicopter Icing Spray System, or HISS – is a system designed to provide artificial icing conditions and is used as part of icing certification for military and civilian aircraft.

The HISS creates a controlled-cloud environment through which the test aircraft flies. The effects of ice accumulation and shedding are then documented with onboard instrumentation and photography.

So cool to get up close and figure out exactly how it works! 🧊
