Job Requirements:
· Have clean driving record
· Must pass a 4-panel drug test (we do not conduct drug test for ma*****na)
· Must be 21 years old and above
· Able to use navigation with a smartphone
· Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
· Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
· Must have a valid driver's license (CDL is not required)
· Eligible to work in the United States.
· Start time is 8:00am. Shifts are 10 hours per day. Shifts are available 7 days per week.
· Your day starts at our Delivery Station located at 6617 Associated Blvd Everett WA 98203.
Bonus Requirement:
We offer a $550 bonus to every full time candidate. All bonuses are paid out only if:You show up for every shift. No call/no show will disqualify youYou do not not have an accident and damage property or a vanYou do not commit an infraction (speeding on the premises, parking in no parking zones, argue with customers or managers, etc.)You complete your own route without needing helpYou are in Uniform compliance

Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
· Safely always drive and operate your delivery vehicle.
· Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
· Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
· Load and unload packages to be delivered
· Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
· Being a Delivery Associate is a physical, fast-paced position that includes repetitive bending, twisting, carrying packages and walking.

The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area
