We’re excited to introduce the very first drivers to earn a spot in Magnum’s Big Blue Club! These standout team members have shown what it means to represent Magnum with excellence - going above and beyond in safety, reliability, and professionalism out on the road.

The Big Blue Club is Magnum’s monthly driver recognition program. Drivers across LTD, LTL, and Dedicated divisions are evaluated based on safety metrics, driving behavior, and compliance.

Drivers qualify into one of three tiers:
• Platinum Tier (driver score of 1,000+)
• Gold Tier (driver score of 975-999)
• Silver Tier (driver score of 950-974)

Each month a driver qualifies, they earn recognition and entries toward a year end reward. The higher the tier, the more entries earned.

The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) Scholarship opportunity is now open and accepting applications! This means that if you're a member of , both you and your family are eligible to apply.

🎓 TCA Scholarship Fund Applications Now Open for the 2026-2027 Academic Year!

TCA is now accepting applications through Friday, March 20. For more than 50 years, this program has supported students connected to the truckload industry, thanks to the generosity of the TCA community.

Scholarship details:
Up to $6,250/year for full-time students at four-year colleges
Up to $2,000/year for full-time students at two-year (junior) colleges

Who should apply?
Students who are children, grandchildren, or spouses of TCA member company employees or independent contractors, or who are employees or independent contractors themselves, are encouraged to apply. Last year alone, 62 students were awarded over $175,000 in scholarships!

We celebrated an important milestone yesterday as we recognized Mike Merrill, Dock Lead in Kearney, NE, on his retirement from Magnum.

For nearly 23 years, Mike has been a cornerstone of the Kearney terminal, known for his leadership, reliability, and dedication to getting the job done right.

“Mike has played a huge role in the success of our operation over the years,” shared Troy Liming, Terminal Manager. “His experience and leadership will be hard to replace, and we will miss having him here every day.”

Thank you, Mike, for everything you have done for Magnum. We wish you all the best in your next chapter.
