New Horizons, Inc. is made up of four unique organizations: New Horizons Village, Sunshine Wheels, New Horizons Middlebury, and Cherry Brook Health Care Center. New Horizons is dedicated to providing a continuum of care that includes accessible housing, reliable housing, and skilled nursing.

New Horizons Village is home to 101 individuals with physical disabilities. Our wheelchair-accessible apartments and community spaces allow tenants to live barrier-free, self-directed lives.

The 66th Annual Strawberry Festival is just a few days away! Join us on June 22, 2023, for a night of music, food, giveaways, kids' activities, pickleball, co****le, and more! This event is FREE and open to the public!

The Strawberry Festival will take place on June 22 from 6:30-8:30 pm at 6 Monteith Drive in Farmington. The night will include a FREE concert from Mass-Conn-Fusion, strawberry-themed food and dessert from La Cocina, pony rides, giveaways, and fun for the whole family!
