**Holiday Pick Up Schedule**

Monday May 25th- Memorial Day we will not be running routes. The dump that we take our trash to on Mondays will be closed for the Holiday so we will also be taking that day off and will push all routes back one day.
Mondays routes will be picked up on Tuesday 5/26
Tuesdays routes will be picked up on Wednesday 5/27
Wednesday routes will be picked up on Thursday 5/28
Thursdays routes will be picked up on Friday 5/29

Hello everyone!
Just a quick reminder about trash pick-up day. Our trash pick-up schedule is always based on your pick-up day but we cannot guarantee a certain time. We always ask that everyone have their trash out the night before your scheduled pick-up day to ensure we are able to get you picked up on your scheduled day without missing anyone. The reason we ask everyone to have it out the night before is because there are many factors that affect how the routes are ran and we do start the routes early. There may be times when you are picked up super early then other times you may be picked up in the afternoon/evening. Occasionally there might be a delay for a repair, sometimes there may be a road closure that causes them to have to run the route backwards or just different than their normal. We add new customers to our routes everyday/week so that sometimes affects how things are routed and ran. Our routes are always growing so we are always re-routing things to be more efficient and also as our routes grow the routes do take longer to complete. Just as a reminder with our other routes that are also being ran it is difficult for us to go back for not outs. If we do happen to have the availability to go back after customers who were not out on time there is a fee for that. Please remember that there will not always be availability to go back for these stops, it will be dependent on availability of our drivers who are completing other routes as well. As always we thank you all so much for your support and we appreciate you all!

Good Afternoon Everyone!
Billing statements for June 1st due date went out today. If you see any issues with your bill/account please feel free to call and leave a voicemail, send a text or email and we will be happy to take a look and fix any errors.
Paper bills are being put in envelopes and will be taken to the post office no later than Friday so those should be arriving by beginning to middle of next week for those of you who use paper billing.
If you are unsure what your billing months are we are happy to give you that information if you would like to mark it on your calendars. If you are one who receives email billing please remember to save [email protected] as a trusted contact in your email to possibly avoid any errors in delivery of those billing statements. Once we send the billing it all automatically goes through from our system to the email carriers and sometimes they flag it as spam or throw it into other folders. If you currently are set up for email billing and continue to have issues please let us know so that we can switch you to paper billing.
I have went through and double checked every bill that is suppose to be sent & printed and they are all accounted for. I will be taking the bills to the post office and ensuring that they are all secured by post office staff.
