π Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant assists the Executive Director by handling general clerical duties. This is including but not limited to managing the Executive Director's calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates logistics, serving as PDRTA's receptionist by greeting visitors, answering/directing incoming phone calls, and managing incoming/outgoing mail distribution. Will also take minutes during various meetings, represent PDRTA in various events and meetings, and ensures effective operation and business functionality of the Florence Office.
π¦ Purchasing Specialist
The Purchasing Specialist assists the Director of Purchasing and Project Management with activities pertaining to the purchase and distribution of equipment, vehicles/vehicle parts, machinery, furniture, fuel, lubricants, supplies, and services. Assists with other administrative duties when needed.
π Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator assists the Director of Purchasing and Project Management with organizing and supporting the day-to-day activities of a project within the agency. Assists with handling tasks like scheduling meetings, tracking progress, managing documentation, coordinating communication between team members, and making sure deadlines are met. Keeps everything organized and on track so the project team can work efficiently.
