Congratulations Alex T. on 5 years with Banyan Air Service.

Since joining Banyan in 2021, Alex has been an invaluable member of our MRO team. After earning his A&P license and beginning his aviation career with Journey, he has continued to demonstrate exceptional technical expertise and a strong commitment to quality and excellence.

Alex plays an important role in maintaining the high standards of service we deliver on Pilatus, Falcon, and Gulfstream aircraft. His dedication and passion for aviation contribute significantly to the success of our operation.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Alex now calls South Florida home, where he enjoys spending time with family and friends and sharing his passion for BBQ and cooking.

Congratulations to Romina D. on 5 years with Banyan Air Service!

In just five years, Romina has grown from HR Coordinator to HR & Payroll Specialist, overseeing payroll for 200+ teammates while supporting benefits, billing, verifications, and many other HR functions. With her engineering background, strong work ethic, and Excel expertise, she has become an invaluable member of our team.

Outside of work, Romina enjoys exploring unique places, trying new cuisine, and spending time with her husband and 2 Goldendoodles.

Congratulations on 15 incredible years!

Erica started her career at Banyan in the Avionics department. After a few years of learning the ins and outs of our systems, she was promoted to MRO Administration Supervisor and later to Manager of MRO Administration.

In her current role, Erica is responsible for MRO administrative operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day activities. She also leads our Administration team of four talented professionals.

Her team plays a critical role in providing administrative support, delivering exceptional customer service, managing warranty claims and invoicing, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring that our processes remain aligned with established requirements and standards.

In addition to leading her team, she serves as a key liaison between the MRO and other departments, helping to foster strong communication, collaboration, and coordination across departments. Her ability to connect people and processes makes her an invaluable part of our organization and contributes significantly to the overall success of our operation.

Erica is well known for her willingness to help and her positive attitude. She is always happy and smiling, and you can count on her to step in and help resolve whatever issue comes her way.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel.

Please join us in congratulating Randy on his 20th Banyan anniversary!

Randy earned his A&P license in 2003 and joined the Banyan team in August 2006. Over the past 20 years, he has built an impressive career through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Starting on the maintenance floor, Randy quickly advanced through the ranks, becoming a valued member of the Citation team and eventually serving as Citation Crew Lead. Through years of hands-on experience working on our core aircraft, he developed an exceptional depth of technical knowledge. Today, Randy remains one of Banyan's most experienced Citation technicians, consistently assisting customers and fellow technicians with complex troubleshooting and technical challenges.

In 2017, Randy transitioned into the role of Technical Sales and Support Representative, where he was responsible for developing MRO proposals for our customers. Building on that success, Randy took on the role of MRO Service Manager in January 2019, a position he continues to excel in today. In this role, he serves as a vital link between our customers and the MRO team, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and accurate project pricing.

Randy's expertise, professionalism, and customer-focused approach have made him an invaluable member of the Banyan team. The strong relationships he has built with our customers are reflected in the continued success and reputation of our MRO operation.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, camping, riding side-by-sides, and boating.
Randy is a great example of a teammate who has grown within the organization, continuously expanded his skills, and became a key contributor to Banyan's success.
