With SMM bringing the global maritime industry to Hamburg, there was no better place to come together than overlooking the city and its iconic waterways, including the Hamburger Hafen — the “Gateway to the World” — and the Alster.

On September 2, GMT was pleased to be part of V.Group’s SMM customer event at the Nord Event Panoramadeck, bringing together customers, partners and colleagues from across the maritime industry.

The evening was a great reminder of how connected our industry is. SMM Hamburg provides an opportunity for companies from across the maritime ecosystem to come together, strengthen relationships and reconnect with the people and partners who help keep our industry moving forward.

Thank you to V. for bringing everyone together. The passion, commitment and fun across the team were clear throughout, and GMT was very happy to be part of it.

After a busy first day on the SMM show floor, it was time to step away from the exhibition halls and reconnect at GMT's Client Appreciation Party.

On September 1, GMT welcomed around 100 customers, partners, and industry colleagues to petite TORTUE in the heart of Hamburg.

The venue was absolutely buzzing from start to finish, with guests taking full advantage of the beautiful weather outside.

With excellent food, attentive service, and a fantastic atmosphere, it was a memorable way to bring the maritime community together during SMM.

Connecting with new travel advisors is always time well spent, especially at the Cruise Planners STAR University Trade Show in Fort Lauderdale yesterday.

Our AirSea team met with over 100 new travel consultants and franchise owners as they completed STAR University, Cruise Planners' new-hire training and orientation program.
