The RYC Christmas Spirit was in full swing!

Thank you to everyone in our fleet who joined us for our Operation Christmas Child packing party — and to those who donated time, gifts, and heart. Together, we filled 50 shoeboxes for children around the world, each one packed with love, care, and a little holiday magic.

From the toys and school supplies to the handwritten notes tucked inside, every contribution made a difference.

Our crew placement wizards are on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Chief Stew to lead the interior of a 120ft motor yacht. The vessel is coming out of the yard and preparing for owner use and a Christmas charter—this is your chance to reset, organize, and elevate from the ground up!!

Ideal candidates have Chief Stew experience on similar-sized yachts, excellent leadership and service skills, and are ready to set a high bar.

- Full-time | Private + light charter
- Start before Thanksgiving

⚓ Bosun – 60m Private Motor Yacht | Med-Based
Step up into a leadership role on a world-class vessel currently cruising the Med. You’ll lead a deck team of three and uphold top safety and maintenance standards.
- Must hold Yachtmaster + OOW modules
- 5+ years on deck | European male candidates only
- Start 3 November
