I choose to evolve! My story: As a Healthcare Specialist Recruiter in 2010 serving clinics, hospitals, physicians nurses and other healthcare professional, I've been in Staffing and Recruiting most of my adult life. 35-plus years. My first book, "Hiding from Myself" was published in 2019 It was then my doctors and nurses began to share their personal stories of Domestic Violence, mental and emotional abuse. I handed out free books to anyone who wanted it in hopes of helping others. From here the idea was birthed to host speaking platforms for women who wanted to share their adversities and challenges but have now successfully triumphed!! I began to host speaking platforms monthly and it grew into international. With the help and guidance from my esteemed peers, teachers, coaches and mentors. At any rate here we are today in 2022 and so looking forward to more opportunities with God's help. Not every season is about adding more.

Some seasons are about cutting back with intention.

Pruning is not a failure.
Pruning is a discipline.
Pruning is clarity.

Pruning is removing what no longer serves the mission.

When things fall away, do not panic.
