Andre Polson is a motivated, self-driven individual who lives by the motto “we may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated.” (Maya Angelou) Mr. Polson was in the Hospitality industry for 17 years, where he worked as a server and bartender. His hospitality experience afforded him the real value and importance of exceptional customer service. He believes that customers are the backbone of any business, and customer satisfaction is a top priority. After serving in the hospitality industry, Mr. Polson decided he wanted to be an entrepreneur. He has always enjoyed driving and thought of making a career out of it as ideal. He then decided that he wanted to be a truck driver to enjoy his work and experience other states. He quit his job and successfully completed truck driving training at Suncoast Trucking Academy, in six weeks. After completing his studies and obtaining his commercial driver’s license, he signed on with Swift Transportation . He now has over two years of experience, both dedicated and Over the Road. (OTR) He has pulled loads for big companies such as Walmart, Niagre Water, and local producers. Mr. Polson has always had great pride in his work, and he is committed to excellence. He is now dedicated to applying his skills and experience to the development and success of Polson Transportation and building his fleet.
