This is why I go see hotels in person.

I have a client planning their wedding weekend in Austin and when I told the Bride I was headed to Austin for a Wellness Intensive she immediately asked if I could take a peek at her top choices for her Hotel blocks.

Whenever someone asks me “where should we stay in Costa Rica?” my answer is always the same: tell me who’s coming.
