A dear friends daughter, DeAnna Hobbs, is facing a serious health scare. The treatments for her condition are almost prohibitively expensive. Several of her friends and family are having a benefit supper for her that will include a spaghetti dinner, a dessert auction, a silent auction and a corn hole contest. I am in charge of the silent auction and I am looking for donations. Do you have something nearly new that you would like to donate? Maybe you could put together a basket of goods that would make a beautiful donation. Are you a craftsman that would like to donate something that you’ve made? Maybe you’re a business owner that would like to offer something that you sell. We would appreciate anything you have to offer.

The benefit will take place on Sunday, April 12th at Magnolia Place, 104 N. 13th St., Van Buren, AR. If you have items you would like to donate, message me and I’ll be glad to arrange to pick up those items.
