Citilink riders will soon notice “rider experience improvements” – including a tap-to-pay system – designed to make riding buses in Fort Wayne easier, faster, and more convenient.

Starting on June 1, riders will see updates that improve how they pay, plan, and ride as more residents look for affordable and accessible transportation options amid rising fuel costs, a news release said.
