💚 Week 4 of National Safety Month: Team Well-Being & Fatigue Prevention

We close out Safety Month with the one that often gets overlooked: taking care of the people behind the wheel and on the floor.

Our 4 pillars of well-being:
😴 Rest & Recovery — Protect your sleep schedule. It's not optional.
💧 Stay Hydrated — Fatigue is worsened by dehydration on long hauls.
🧠 Speak Up — Know the signs of burnout, yours and your team's.
🔄 Take Your Breaks — Stopping is not weakness. It's smart operations.

Our people power every load. Taking care of your team IS the mission. Thank you to every driver, dispatcher, and ops team member for making safety a priority all month long. 🙌

🏭 Week 3 of National Safety Month: Warehouse & Loading Dock Safety

Safety doesn't stop when the truck parks, the dock is where it counts most.

4 rules every team member must know:
🦺 PPE Always — Hi-vis vests & steel-toe boots in all dock areas
🚧 Clear the Zones — Stay out of forklift operating paths
📦 Secure Every Load — Check straps & blocks before every move
💡 Stay Visible — Always make eye contact with equipment operators

A safe dock is a productive dock. Every team member on the floor plays a role in keeping each other protected.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Circle Transportation.

Today, we recognize the dads who show up every day, leading, supporting, and setting the standard both at home and in the workplace. The same qualities that make a great father, reliability, patience, and commitment, are the same ones that drive success in logistics.

To the fathers across our team, our partners, and our customers, thank you for everything you do. Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.

At Circle Transportation, we’re proud to work alongside people who deliver not just in business, but in life.

06/19/2026

On this day, we reflect on the power of resilience, collaboration, and progress, values that drive our business and our mission every day by honoring Juneteenth.

Today marks the emancipation of enslaved people in the United States and honors the ongoing journey toward equality and justice.

Transportation is more than moving goods, it’s about connecting people, communities, and opportunities. Just as our teams work to keep supply chains moving, we are committed to uplifting and supporting the communities we serve.

To our employees, partners, and customers: thank you for being part of the journey. Let’s continue to move forward together, with purpose and pride.

⚠️ Week 2 of National Safety Month: Road Safety & Weather Awareness

Weather doesn't cancel shipments, but it should absolutely change how you drive them.

Stay safe when conditions turn:
1. Slow down in rain, fog, and ice
2. Increase following distance to 7+ seconds
3. Check weather forecasts before every dispatch
4. Never drive through flooded roadways

Remember: no load is worth a life. When it gets dangerous, pull over, communicate, and wait it out. The freight can wait. You can't.

🚛 Week 1 of National Safety Month: Driver Safety & Hours of Service

At Circle Transportation, our drivers are the backbone of everything we do and their safety starts before the wheels ever turn.

Know your HOS rules: ⏱ 11 hours max drive time 📋 14-hour on-duty window 😴 10 hours mandatory rest between shifts A rested driver is a safe driver. No delivery, no deadline, and no load is worth compromising that. Plan your routes, honor your rest, and stay sharp out there.
