Dispatching is what got me started, now my company has evolved. As an outsourced company I assist all medium to large size freight companies with Safety and Compliance. Conduct dispatch training when needed. Pick up plates from the DMV. Grateful, appreciative and humble is an understatement.

Since stepping into a Safety and Compliance role with a new client, I've gained a deeper appreciation for the realities and responsibilities of our industry. Last night, one of my client's drivers and his family, (wife and children) were involved in a tragic accident while hauling freight, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected. With this being said. To all owner-operators and company drivers: please stay focused, minimize distractions, and make safety your top priority every time you're on the road. We all want to get the job done, but no load, deadline, or mile is worth risking lives.
