The Major Problem with the Logistics Industry!

SUBJECT: (WAGES,HOURLY & WEEKLY)

COMPANIES: (Walk Away Lease & Rental options)
(Bait and Switch) Transparency, Deception, Misrepresentation Fraud

GENTLEMEN:
This is a formal Complaint that we All should be Sending theses Government offices in regards to these Bait and Switch! Problems This is Nationwide!!! Bad Practices of Advertisement for Company and Owner Operators in the Transportation and Logistics industry. There Needs to be an investigation into theses companies. This has been going on for years!

TRANSPARENCY:
When applying for theses jobs applicants should be able to rely on the integrity of the advertising

DECEPTION:
Daily, hourly and weekly pay should Not be based on frivolous advertisement just to lure a person to a job. Such as a Recruiter getting Paid just to get a person into an Orientation class room.

• MISREPRESENTATION:

Online advertising such as Indeed, Ziprecruiter, and others are allowing theses Fake and Fraudulent employers to allow this to happen over many years now. The reason being there has been No enforcement in regards to this behavior.

EXTORTION:
Once hired the Company operator or Owner Operator realizes that he/she is Not getting paid as agreed because they are now at the mercy of that company. The company will sometimes take for granted or advantage of this person.
Someone needs to Notify theses companies to let them know! (Don’t Hire anyone unless you can Pay them!).Your cooperation is appreciated.

Owner operator & Company operators! What is your Time? WORTH! To YOU? $$$$$

When getting interviewed by a Recruiter your first question should be What's the CPM and how many Miles per week average 500. So if their offering.45 to .48 that means you should get Paid at least $225.00 to $240.00 a day Guranteed. So if they can not Guarantee you that much then it's Not a company that's going to pay for your time. **""Tell them Don't Put it Up" """Unless you Back it Up*** That 14 hour Clock is your Time and your Money? (DEMAND A GUARANTEE)!!!!!!!!!
