Employee of the Month Nomination – Sergio Castaneda (August)

Sergio consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, exceptional attendance, and a strong commitment to his work. Throughout the month, he maintained excellent performance with no loading or receiving errors and played a significant role in supporting the Amazon labeling project.

In addition to his regular responsibilities, Sergio willingly assisted with rail operations whenever needed and consistently contributed to the team's success. What stands out most is his professionalism and team-oriented mindset. Rather than focusing on problems, Sergio provides constructive feedback and ideas to help improve operations at US Cold.

Sergio's reliability, initiative, and positive influence make him a deserving candidate for Employee of the Month. He is a valued team member who consistently goes above and beyond to support both the operation and his coworkers.
